Alison volunteered at the League of Friends St Marys, for a number of years.  When I heard Alison was retiring from this post, I asked Alison to join Solent NHS Trust, which she kindly accepted and joined our team in April 2020.  Alison joined the team at one of the hardest times the NHS has experienced, forming a true bond with a team she hadn’t had the chance to meet in person.  Alison is a truly unique person, so hard working and completely passionate about the patients experience.  Alison has left a huge gap in many hearts of her Solent family and her enthusiasm for her work, our patients and life, will stay with us forever.  God bless.
